eSIM Basics
What is an eSIM and how does it work? β
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your device. You buy a plan, scan a QR or install manually,
then switch to that data plan when you travel β without swapping physical SIM cards.
When should I activate my eSIM? β
We recommend installing the eSIM shortly before your trip. Turn it on upon arrival so the plan starts in the right country/region.
Activation & Setup
How do I install via QR code? β
On iPhone: Settings β Cellular β Add eSIM β Use QR code. On Android: Settings β Network & Internet β SIMs β Download a SIM.
Then follow the prompts and set the new data plan as active when you arrive.
What APN should I use? β
Most plans configure APN automatically. If required, check the plan card (APN field) or our email after purchase.
Plans & Pricing
Do plans auto-renew? β
Most plans are one-time prepaid. You can buy another plan or a topβup when needed.
Can I use Morocco plan across the region? β
Some regional plans include multiple countries. Check the planβs coverage list on the Morocco card.
Compatibility
Is my phone supported? β
Most recent iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and flagship devices support eSIM. If unsure, check our
Compatibility page or device manual.
Billing & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept? β
Major credit/debit cards are supported. If your card fails, try another method or contact support.
Refund policy β
Unused eSIMs may be refundable within a limited window. If activation failed due to incompatibility or coverage issues,
reach out with details so we can help.
Troubleshooting
No data after activation β
- Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM line.
- Restart device and toggle Airplane Mode.
- Set APN if required by the plan.
